RSG New Zealand Launches Global Search for General Manager

Reproduction Specialty Group New Zealand (RSG NZ), a leader in advanced animal reproduction technologies, is embarking on a global talent search for its next General Manager. Based in Tamahere, Hamilton, RSG NZ delivers cutting-edge reproductive services across multiple species to both domestic and international markets.

The General Manager will lead five key business units—cattle reproductive services, semen freezing, semen storage and dispatch, boar stud operations, and small ruminant reproductive services—while driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and innovation. Candidates should have senior leadership experience in animal agriculture, biotechnology, or related sectors, with expertise in reproductive technologies and international business development.
